For USA Domestic Shipping
- Our standard shipping service typically takes 3-10 business days to reach you. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping and delivery arrival times are estimates only and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, such as weather-related delays. If we encounter any unexpected delays in shipping, we’ll contact you via email.
- Customers will receive an order status update via email containing the tracking number once the order has been shipped.
For International Shipping
- International orders are shipped from our international warehouse in USA and China. Most orders are shipped through DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx. Orders ship to Taiwan and Hong Kong, we use SF Express.
- For international: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. It normally takes approximately 7-18 working days for arrival to international destinations. In some countries like ITALY and SPAIN may take longer due to delays with the local customs service. We DO NOT ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
- We will not be able to ship to the following countries due to the current unpredictable situation with customs duties: Ascension Island, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, China, French Polynesia, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, India (1 of 37 states), Macao SAR, Maldives, New Zealand (1 of 17 regions), Peru, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, South Sudan, Taiwan, Tristan da Cunha, Ukraine, United States (3 of 62 states), or P.O.Box.
- International Buyers MUST indicate the phone number (including country and city code ) as this is required information for delivery. The order will be canceled if the phone number is not provided within 3 days of placing the order.
- Customers from India need to provide a copy of their Passport, Voter ID, or PAN (Permanent Account Number).
- Customers from Taiwan need to provide their ID numbers for customs clearance process.
- Import duties, taxes, and other charges might be applied. Duties and import fees are not included in shipping costs. All customers are responsible for paying any charges due upon delivery. We do NOT offer refunds if you decline to pay these charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase. By submitting your order, you agree to accept this policy.
- Customers will receive an order status update via email containing the tracking number once the order has been shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to refer to their tracking number for delivery information.

**Before checkout makes sure the address is correct, we only ship to the address provided. If the shipping information is incorrect, please email us immediately to cancel the order. If you replace the order as soon as you receive the cancellation confirmation, you’ll keep your spot and your order will not be delayed. We are unable to make any change if the package has been shipped, and we will not provide a refund due to the incorrect shipping information.
***If you didn’t inform us about the wrong address most likely the product will be back to the sender. If the customer's package is returned due to non-delivery or nonclaim, we will contact the customer and if the customer would like the package reshipped, there will be an additional shipping fee. If a package is non-deliverable due to an error with the carrier, the customer will need to contact their local carrier customer service representative to file a claim. If a customer does not want their package reshipped, the order will be refunded minus the restocking fee. There is no refund available if the package is lost due to the wrong OR incomplete shipping address.
- Kamerar has a standard 30-day return policy from the date the order is delivered. All returned items must be unused and returned in the condition in which they were shipped (in their original package, and must include all accessories). If all conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- To make a return, please email email@example.com and include the order number or order confirmation for return details before you ship the product back.
- Returns after 30 days from the date the order is delivered will not be accepted.
- The refund is calculated in US dollars. International order refunds might be a bit different due to currency exchange, check with your bank for more information.
- We kindly ask for 3-5 business days upon receiving orders to process returns.

- If you received an incomplete order or defective items please take a picture of the package, the items, and the packing slip and send an email to email@example.com within 48 hours after the delivery for further assistance.
- If the tracking number shows “delivered”, but you haven’t received the product, make sure the address is correct, look for a delivery attempted notice, look around the delivery location for your package, see if someone else accepted the delivery, check with your neighbor, check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail. Please kindly wait for 72 hours before contacting us.
- Lost packages must be reported within 30 days from the date the order is shipped. Claims after 30 days from the date the order is shipped will not be accepted.
- If the shipping information is incorrect, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to cancel the order. We will not be able to make any changes if the package has been shipped, and we will not provide a refund due to incorrect shipping information provided.
