 If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, please return it within 14 days for a replacement or money back. Please contact us before you return it.

* Please note that we will NOT accept return packages after the 30-Day. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box and must include all accessories. We can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. The refund will be issued at the same original purchase price. International customers refund value might change due to foreign fees and currency changed; check your bank for more information.

 Buyer should check the package once receiving. If the package damage during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and it will return to us. Then contact us promptly.
 It is IMPORTANT to declare your package as “Product for Return” on the Customs Declaration Form, and DO REMEMBER to SIGN YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND ITEM Number., or your return won’t be accepted.
 One year Warranty covers replacement or repair. (buyer pay for shipping for repair or replacement)
 We reserve the right to refuse any returns for objective reasons.
 Buyer should be responsible for the shipping fee of the returned item(s), and we will bear the postage fee of resent item(s).
 Shipment fee and insurance are not refundable in any case.
 For returns within the valid return period, items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. After our inspection of the received item, a deduction may be applied if the item has been used or if any packaging and/or accessories are not included. Please note orders above $200 are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
